Re: 4" red lens F/15 solar scope
Hi,
Thank you, but how do I find it in the future? I don't see where here is or the link.
Also, some time ago I sent you info where to buy a blocking filter from Germany for your H-alpha scope. Was this helpful. The seller claims he uses something that will not rust like the original filters.

Hi,
Thank you for the info, but I am still not finding shop only. I go to the index, and only find swap and shop. I go to the SPOD archive and don't see anything about shop. I would like to do this right so please help me out here. Thank you, Richard

A CJE Construction roll off roof observatory
I am selling my treasured observatory for $2900. Built by CJE Construction Company of backyard observatories. I had Scott assemble it with screws as I moved it from Illinois to Montana. However, I am not moving it again, and will definitely have another CJE Construction built. New price for this siz...

I am selling a 4" F/15 single red lens scope that is powder coated white. I have $2300 into, but will let it go for $800. It would be a nice addition to an observatory with a H-alpha filter or a science project. I would be glad to work something out shipping wise if purchased. The scope is a be...

Re: Full disc 02-11-2022
Hi,
Great full disk image of the sun today. Does anyone have a full disk image in hydrogen alpha for 11/2 2022 in true H-alpha color?
I had some fellow campers look through my Coronado today, and would love to send them an image of what they saw as a souvenir. Thank you Richard

4" F/15 solar scope
I am selling a 4" F/15 solar scope with a single red lens to optimize H-alpha. I have $2300 into it, but will accept reasonable offers. This would make a great science project or a permanent home in an observatory. It comes with a homemade PVC case. I don't know how to upload a photo here so an...

ASO Solarspectrum H-alpha filter
I am selling my .2 ASO Solarspectrum H-alpha filter for $3800.00 firm, ( That is a $800.00 savings). Honestly I have owned several H-alpha filters, and I believe it is more like .4, although I am not an expert and it is just from comparisons. I bought the filter directly from Mark Wagner in 2005. Ho...

4" F/15 red glass scope for H-alpha
I am selling my 4" F/15 red glass solar scope. It was made by Robert Mortimer in California. I had the optics refigured by Cleveland Optics years ago. It is white powder coated, and comes with a homemade PVC case. Make an offer, and if interested I can discuss an H-alpha filter. Thanks, Richard
