Of course there are also PaintShopPro programs etc, that may well do the job, as well as using Ha scopes and cameras to achieve the desired results..

ok until a breeze (or worse) picks-up and takes your scope and more with it (closer to the Sun even) ??? Might be cheap for it's intended-purpose, but even with the nice new car shown, could be an expensive paint-repair job... So in short James, cheap is usually expensive in the short or longer term...

When you receive the filter, just try it out with "Is it working fine with smaller scopes such as 60mm or 70/80mm ones? "

But of course for CaK you'll need to try it with one of your suitable-cameras, then post the results here for us to comment...

Hello James, So sorry to hear about the recent scope accident. Suggestion = with lightweight thin/flexible cord, try tying a safety-line between the relevant items - to hopefully prevent a similar occurrence in the future. Typical purchase from hardware shops and even some fishing-tackle suppliers.....
