Full Disc White light 14/01/12 + Data

Hi all, clear sky today so here is todays full disc white light.
Taken using the ED80, Lunt 2" solar wedge, continuum filter, IR blocker and Canon 1000D, all single shots.

Looks to be another large active region coming into view, worth watching over the next few days.

Hi all, nice clear skies today, so after doing some white light images, got the PST out. Captured with a BW webcam, 2.5x powermate, stack of 300 frames coloured in Gimp. 2 images combined, one for the proms and one for the surface. Hi Stephen, you do a fantastic job, much more than anybody would expect. I was supprised that you loaned out scopes, never mind sending them overseas... It's a shame that non of the large manufacturers have contacted you, as I know in the UK there is not a lot of choice and buying one is a gamble as...

Hi all, not that good seeing today, whispy clouds and heavy rain, but between them got a shot at todays sun.
Single 1/40th sec image Canon 1000D, ED80, Lunt Wedge, ND3,UV/IR,Continuum filter.
