Basler Camera assistance

Post by torsinadoc » Thu Jul 04, 2019 7:32 pm

I have a Basler acA1920-155 mono. It works with their capture software (pylon). I cant get Genika or firecaputure to recognize the camera. I downloaded the pylon software suite. Is there a driver I need to download? I contacted the company but didn't get an answer that was helpful.

According to FireCapture website the Pylon SDK needs to be installed. (It's mentioned in the instruction video on FC's site). Don't think that is part of the Pylon Software suite.

I had to download Pylon software suite 5.01 (current version is 5.2) developer version and now it works.
