Is this with the ITF or just the 5mm blocker?

Either the blocking filter or (preferably) the filter c/w with the threaded body. I can work with both option.

The question I think was to clarify if you wanted the complete blocking assembly.
The PST eyepiece holder has two filter elements, the ITF at the bottom and the smaller sort/blocking filter at the top.
