Pretty Prom from 12 Jan

Post by Astrophil »

With the Sun so quiet now and overcast here I revisited some data from January 12, 2019. This prom has not had much attention so I gave it some. I hope this type of image manipulation does not violate any forum protocols. It made me smile.

Interesting colour combo, Phil. Nicely imaged prom and spicules.

Very very nice indeed :bow superb level of clarity :bow

What colours you choose is entirely up to you, I coloured a prominence in rainbow colours once  https://www.flickr.com/photos/alexandra ... 535769289/

Thanks Stu, definitely not my usual color palette. Thought I'd try something different.

Alexandra, very cool rainbow proms. That really made me smile! Your prom album contains exceptional images!
Thanks,

Phil

Brian, thanks for the compliment. There wasn't a lot to work with.

Franco, glad you liked the colors. Hope you get some clear skies soon (maybe Tuesday). Beautiful country up there, I used to spend time at my grandparents home in New Canaan.
