The most remarkable spots of the Cycle 24 through a large aperture.

Post by Valery »

Hi all,

Here I will publish some remarkable spots of the Cycle 24 as seen through a large aperture.

The first one is the AR12529 imaged April 12 2016 with my trusty second hand C11 equipped with full size 295mm ARIES DERF (first generation), PST etalon, BF10 blocking filter and IMX174 chip camera ZWO174.

Thanks for looking.

Hi Alexandra,

Yes, I do. You should feel a healthy normal hunger! It can drive your efforts in a new challenge in the solar imaging - truly high res imaging. We all here know well your nice achievements in the solar imaging with 40, 100 and 140mm telescopes. Now you have a window of new, much wider possibilities - a nice new C11, equipped with a full size ERF.

I wish your results will be WOW! WOW!! WOW!!!

Breathtaking! (And also making me a little bit jealous of your fabulous PST etalon...)
