Sol from the 2nd of February 2020.

Post by eroel »

Hi:
Took some FD´s and some higher resolution images in a hazy and cloudy day, seeing was bad.
I used the 102mm f/9 Meade with a CaK PSTmod, the Solarmax 90-DS and the 102mm f/7 Stellarvue with an old Daystar T-Scanner.
Thanks for looking, wish you all a nice starting week.
Eric.

Eric,

Your pictures certainly back up the views I got through my Solarmax 60 today but easily exceed the views I got visually.

Excellent shots Eric :bow

First look at the disk seems pretty quiet, but the fine details int he proms and a few disk features really stand out.
