Sol 12 April lucky shots

Post by nicosolcy »

Have some very good material to work with as yesterday Sol put on quite a show. I will process separately a couple of monster proms, but my first video of the day, produced 25 interesting frames out of a 1,000 taken, as apparently two swallows transited the FOV. One seen clearly, the other as a pale shadow crossing the sun as it was way off focus. Took me a few hours to decide how to process this, but the attached came out :)

Thanks Jochem!

I'll spend some time this afternoon on a couple of proms separately - some solid action yesterday on Sol.

Thanks Mark! Plenty good data to play with. A preliminary processing of yesterday's Sol shows a lot of available data to process!
