Dear All,
Here are some tests of a Ha double stack configuration with the C8 EdgeHD and 210 mm AiryLab ERF filter.
The double stack consists of a DayStar 0.6A PE filter and a Coronado SMn35 0.5 A fused silica etalon.
This one is taken on April 4 at F/27 :
Same day, but 25 min latter at F/35 (resized at 90%). The resolution is a bit better, but not that much, and probably closer to the Ha center line:
On April 5, I was back at F/27 :
Best regards
Christian

Extremely impressive images, as usual! The old Coronado etalon seems to make for a great double stack. One thing I found striking is the combination of rather long exposure times and a large number of frames. Did you really stack 900 frames per image?
