Life has been busy, first time out in a long time, and last time before prepping and packing for an over seas move, but got a nice late fall warm day to get out one more time before the chaos begins, lol. Seeing was poor, but managed some detail for the animation.
Gif is forward playing only. It was supposed to be a full hour time lapse, but I misjudged how close a tree's shadow was and lost the sun with 15min to go. Lost some of the little detail in the gif conversion, but what can ya do:)

Mesmerising! I'm envious....
Call me Geoff.
I do what I do because I want to, and because I can....
Doesn't mean I know what I'm doing, though!

Re: 45min timelapse of retreating sunspot and partial disc
As Alto has said and quite a fabulous view of what happened there.
15 marks out of 10.
Also shows what the ASI 178 & 2.5 X TV & the 0.5FR can do (which I have both with my 60mm Ha, so will have to try myself).
Thanks for showing your work
Terry
