60% efficiency of Sun shine

Hi,

And here is the full year 2020 of the Sun in H-alpha.

219 days of Sunshine this year 2020 and below the link to the video ~ ¡ 270MB ! The cadence os 0.5 seconds per image.

Interesting to see how activity started to increase. First in the Northern Hemisphere and then in the last months it moved to the South hemisphere

I absolutely loved that Rainer, how quiet the Sun was a year ago! if only I could put an MP4 as SPOD I would (if you could do a gif version.....)

What a labor of love to be that consistant. And the quality is amazing. Congrats on a masterpiece.


Lunt 80mm Ha single stack with a ZWO 1600mm cooled camera and iOptron Z25EQ mount.
Explore Scientific ED 127mm APO with Baader ASTF Solar Filter and Celestron CGX mount.
