Sun and ISS H-Alfa 13 February 2021

Post by proky »

I tried to take a picture of the ISS transit. Unfortunately the ISS was very low and relatively far away and the seeing was very poor. But this is my first shot of the ISS transit so I'm glad for that as well.

Distance ISS: 1462.96 km
Altitude: only 10.7 °

That's very impressive given the conditions you had to work with!

I've included your animation...

Thank You All.
Planning was easy. I used https://transit-finder.com/
But this time I couldn't take pictures from my balcony and the weather was very bad. Wind, -12 °C and seenig was very poor as you can see on animation.

Hi Pavel,

Excellent job and that does not occur very often to have en ISS transit. I have had two and missed one due to the fact that Y mixed up the time

Very well done.
