Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

This cactus so far it is the 4th time flowering and the first time with 3 flowers in a row. They last at most 3 days until they disappear.

Still no Sun, so looking for other things to photograph :P

Hi Rainer...

Great pics of the cactus flowers and love the hummingbirds too...excellent shots :bow

The cactus reminds me of of one that my grandmother had many years ago. It grew slowly over some 40 years or so, then one day it grew that 'arm' and produced a big trumpet flower. It flowered regularly after that, sometime with multiple flowers. I wonder where that went after she and my grandfather passed away...I need to see if my mother still has it.

Thanks for memory kick-start ;)
