How do you get your plages to stand out against the disc like that!? I never have been able to get them to stand out like that in my images?

I set my exposure to almost fill the histogram. In Photoshop I use shadows and highlights (in layers and adjust opacity), HDR toning (I try different settings under radius and strength and tone curves.) then curves or histogram adjustment. Im still learning how to capture and process a DS FD image.

Learning to use the editing programs is so important to getting a good image.It's certainly a work in progress for me. Thanks for the tips.
