Sun activity of Nov. 18 & 19
There has been a modest activity in the past few days. AR12687 started as an interesting group but quickly vanished leaving almost nothing to be seen in WL, however it is still a bright region in Ca-H. Luckily some interesting prominences and filaments were visible in H-alpha.

Wow! super pictures Raf the calcium K close up is really special. It is amazing how the two spots just vanished a day later.

Re: Sun activity of Nov. 18 & 19
Thanks to you all for appreciation. That small inexpensive newtonian I am using for Ca-H really surprised me (and the Quark too, given my negative experience with the H-alpha version) I am planning to modify a larger mirror for the same purpose.

Really ? Happy to hear this, Franco.
I forgot to mention that my scope has a de-aluminized primary mirror, I would never recommend to use the Quark with an ordinary newtonian.
