I used to buy a lot of parts from Jaegers and Edmunds during the 50´s and 60´s, still have the elbow 6X telescope and some eyepieces. I also had a superb 6" f/15 refractor, it performed incredibly well, sold it when I got the 6" f/12 Astro-Physics "Superplanetary" with the NASA glass.
A friend of mine had one like yours and it performed real good as a comet hunter.

Thanks Mark, I love vintage scopes as you already know. The "florest" of telescopes inside my dome is growing
