Tried finally the LUNT152/Coronado SM90II (double stack)

Hi Pedro: great images. You are right, the prominences came better in single than double stack. Sharper. Also the edge of the disk and spicules are sharper. Was the focus the same for both settings ? Maybe the focus was more difficult to achieve in DS ?

Nice shots Pedro, you've got a good single stack which is one of the reasons there's not a huge difference I guess.

With the DS configuration you have more glass in the way (and a lower aperture as well). The focus does not vary a lot. Seeing was not bad during the imaging session.
