Some reflected light

Post by PDB »

with the Quark letting me down, and in white light not much to see tried some evening observation yesterday.
An RGB composition of Jupiter at 20:52 UT May 19. Jupiter barely 18° degrees above the horizon and sseing not good. Have seen better ones but with these conditions reasonable.

The best I could get out.
C8 - ASI178MM Astronomic R, G & B filters.

Thanks guys. Not as good as I wanted. Probably first and last for the season for me.
