These both were taken with an LS80 + 2.5X Powermate and Blackfly S on a hot, hazy day with poor seeing.
The camera does show Newton's rings which were very easily eliminated. The software (Spinnaker) has a quirky(for me) way of recording. The shutter speed is in microseconds (10000 µs = 1/100 s).
You have to activate acquisition before you press record or it won't record anything. Some alterations in settings require you to turn off acquisition.
The gamma scale is reversed from what I'm accustomed to. I haven't figured out how to interrpet the histogram yet. Images above were done by eyeball on the live view. Attempts to reassign a folder for video files have not succeeded yet.

Thanks, Franco. It has been a very poor spring here weatherwise but I'm looking forward to this season.

These are delightful images Lou however if you can't work out the software I wouldn't have a hope (I struggle with Firecapture).

Well, Alexandra, I figure if I keep using my 10 thumbs to keep clicking and typing, something has to happen eventually. That's what "intuitive" means,
doesn't it?
Lou
doesn't it?

I thought it was just me. I have tried to move to FireCapture, but keep having to go back to SharpCap, as I just haven't gotten the hang of FireCapture
