Hi:
Clouds and rain most of the time, but before lunch I had an opportunity to see the sun through haze and clouds running, so took the CaK and Ha FD´s with the 102mm f/9 Meade with a CaK PST mod and in Ha with the Solarmax 90-DS.
Thanks for looking.
Eric.

Re: Sol from the 4th of July 2018.
David, Paul and Steve:
Thanks for looking and commenting, much appreciated.
David, I use PS and load the finished "surface" frame and the "prominence" frame, then use the magic wand on the "Surface" one, then SELECT/inverse/then Modify/smooth/feather and then EDIT/copy.(you have to try which parameters to use for smooth and feather (I use 3 pixels and 0.8 pixel)
Then I go to the prominence image and use IMAGE/image size and make it a bit smaller until it fits by trial and error using EDIT/paste.(move the "Surface" image with the the Move Tool, so to fit it to the "prominence" frame.
When you like the fit,use LAYER/flatten image and crop it (with the Crop Tool) and save it and that is all.
Hope it is understandable, if not just let me know.
Best regards,
Eric.
