Sol from the 24th of November 2018.

Post by eroel »

Hi:
Weather has been nice in México City since a week or so, so I took some shots yesterday before lunch.
Used the Solarmax 90-DS-BF30, and the 102mm f/7 Stellarvue refractor with a 4X Baader telecentric and an old Daystar T-Scanner.
Thanks for looking the many shots, probably a bit dark, because I have not adjusted the home observatory monitor since long.
The 3 part Mosaic looks better in a new window.
Best wishes to all members of the fórum.
Eric.

Some real stunners Eric. That AR is looking sharp.

Hi Eric,

Great images. You have captured many more sharp details that were missing from the images that I took few hours before you. Congrats!

Alexandra and guys, Thanks for looking and commenting.
Apollo, the first image is a Mosaic of 3 parts, taken with the Solarmax 90-DS-BF30 at its prime focus, with a SKYnyx 2-2 camera.
The fourth one was taken with the same scope and camera, but using a Dakin Barlow at the nose of the camera.
Best regards to all,
Eric.
