Lovely hues across the disk, Eric. Beautiful image.

I looked out of my bedroom window to check the weather during the eclipse only to be greeted by fog! Darn.

Alexandra, Franco, Mark, Brian, Stu and Mauritz:
Thank you all for the kind comments.
As a matter of fact, I got home late on Sunday from the rural observatory and when I did set the Canon 60Da to the Meade 102mm refractor, I realized that I had forgotten how to set all the parameters and also could not find the cable from the camera to the external handpad to set the exposures, etc.., so had to set manually the exposures and shoot each image with my finger on the camera. :o
Well, now I still have to process all the images taken, hope that they are viewable.
Best regards to all and wish you sunny days.
Eric.
