Hi:

It's always a pleasure to see your images, Eric. Lovely FDs, with superb CaK proms.

What's the dark patch in Ha though?

Well, it looks like the dark patch in the Ha shots is dust, I thought it was a real thing because I air clean my cameras and accesories with compressed air (20lbs) before I start each session, but why did it not show on the CaK images?
Best regards,
Eric.

At night I did image the Moon, used the 102mm f/7 Stellarvue refractor and the same camera and got some 4 images to make a mosaic, and the dust mote does not show.
¿Why?
Best regards,
Eric.

These are fabulous Eric :bow I wonder if that is polar faculae in image number 1, 2 &3 but clearest in 3? It actually caught my eye in the inverted shot as a dark patch at the north pole. Could be???

Alexandra, thank you.
Yes, it looks like a polar faculae in the CaK shots, but it does not show on the Ha ones.
Best regards,
Eric.
