Sunspot and prom April 11

Post by JohnW »

April 11, Australia.
Captured two images yesterday of AR 2738. First is a Ha shot thru a Lunt 100 SS scope with Canon 550d camera. Second is thru a WO 81 mm refractor with 540 nm herschel wedge. Both single exposures with a Canon 550d camera. I estimated the sunspot to be 45,000 km at widest. Thanks for viewing.
