Saturday Sun (4th May 2019)
Sky was blue at 8.30-9.30am but seeing was awful! but I had a nice time watching AR12740 (former 38). Nothing exciting happened but it was still exceptionally beautiful

Lovely Ha FDs, Alexandra and nice limb shots of the returning active region. Hopefully we'll get to see more over the next couple of weeks if it survives and the weather cooperates.

Re: Saturday Sun (4th May 2019)
These look great Alexandra! My seeing was pants too, it's the northerly airstream and the instability that comes with it, hence the clouds! They built up rapidly for me too.
