8th June 2020 @ 13:52z BIG PROM IN N.E. QUADRANT

Post by EGRAY_OBSERVATORY »

Hi Everybody,
Well although the proms have been a tad quiet over the last two days or so, looking now at SDO shows that a large prom in the North-East corner is developing since earlier today - 8-6-2020.

Hopefully if the weather in S.E.England clears a little later today, I might get some images - at last.

Cheers to all
Terry

Hi Terry
Weather does not look hopeful although it is brightening up in patches here up north and coming your way.
Hope you get some clear skies before the day is out.

Cheers Rod

Thanks Guys.
I nearly got to see the Sun in the scopes - this early-evening for some imaging, but not quite enough time before another darkened-sky, so hopefully tomorrow as I also want to try-out the WL mods to make-up the three lines of light together...

ps a mini-high pressure region should settle over my location on Tuesday, so here's hoping...

Regards
Terry

I got white-light only. Pesty clouds would never quite release the sun!
