Re: 07/08/2020 Visual report
Subsequent view through M180 F10 PST Mod compared.
M180 PTS Collimator Lens, 35nm Baader, Beloptik UV/IR on KG3, PST, PST Re-focus lens, Omega 1.5A Blocker, 20mm baffle Fujiyama 25mm Ortho
02.50 BST
PST 11.30 Fine jet.
12.05 Little open pyramid
12.15 Little fine jet
PST 12.30 Low pyramid
PST 01.30 Seperated jet tiny spike below
02.00 Two wide faint jets seperated from surface 10.00 Gong
02.30 Little seperated spot
02.32 Little pyramid leaning up
02.40 Faint seperated area
PST 03.00 Seperated jet with tiny spike below
PST 03.45 Jet spray leaning down
04.00 Fine jet small fan above
04.05 Little seperated pyramid
PST 04.30? Small open pyramid
PST 06.30? Little spike leaning up
07.00 Small diffuse wide jet 05.00 Gong Learmonth complex
PST Wide square hedge extension near top side
07.03 Tree trunk prom, hint of horizontal down from top
PST Thin jet above with wide spray
07.06 Little faint jet
PST Jet with seperate top. Jet above.
PST 07.30 Little spike
PST 08.30 Little spike
PST 09.15 Tiny Pyramid
PST 09.30 Tiny pyramid Bright spot on top
06.00 Little open Pyramid, fine jet to the right 06.00 Gong
06.10 Tiny Pyramid
08.30 Tiny stub
10.00 BST 25mm Fujiyama Ortho
08.00 Jet with arch below, long hollow and reducing.
The main feature at 07.00 in Quark appeared similar in Mak apart from changes over time. More filters in the Mak, AstroRod finds a 35nm Baader and a UV/IR combination reduces the brightness markedly.
Clearly many small transient features.
I additionally tried the 4.2x Prom Quark on the Mak180 with 2" 35nm as ERF. Could see the feature at 07.00 but a 'soft' view.
Cheers. Andrew.

Re: 07/08/2020 Visual report
Hi
Tried a 2" ES Tele-extender on the M180, with 2" 35nm in front of stack, Combo Prom Quark. Get an image but seeing late in day over the town and a tree not good. Try on a good day.
Cheers. Andrew.
