ANOTHER AR BY THE S.E.LIMB - Thursday 20th August'20

Post by EGRAY_OBSERVATORY »

It's early times yet, but it does look as if another AR(2773) might be an interesting sight over the next few days.
Can't be sure from the SDO-imagery, but there might be a dark spot(s) in that region.

CLEAR SKIES
Terry

A nicely crisp image. :D

I captured the SE disturbance yesterday afternoon in very poor "simmering" seeing.
No sign of any dark spots. Just a lot of surface ripples and a small filament.
I haven't bothered to post my images due to their very poor quality. Grey skies and rain today.
