Hello,

I present you a picture of the sun in H-alpha taken on September 23, 2020 at 11:06 GMT.
Equipment : Refractor 1800/204 with Istar Optical Lense + ERF filter + Lunt 80 double stack + BF1800 + barlow x3 + ZWO 174.

Outstanding! Incredible resolution. The magnetic field spreads the spicules out like downdrafts do to grass in a field.

Is the refractor a standard achromat lens ?

It's an achromat lens but not standard. It's optimized in the wavelenght of H-alpha (Strehl ratio 0,98 in red and 0,96 in green).
