13-01-2021 LATEST STEREO IMAGE & FORECAST

Post by EGRAY_OBSERVATORY »

Well with about 24-hours to run before the first Eastern AR arrives at the limb, hopefully might prove fruitful...
The North-Eastern AR has decayed and may well not produce anything interesting.

But the large AR approaching the South-East (could well be the returning AR2794/5 area that gave us some excellent interest recently) and perhaps it could still be very active for some more interesting features...

CLEAR SKIES
Terry

Weather saying sun for me on Sunday. But I don't believe it (the weather that is!) - I hope it is sunny...

Thank you Stu and Mark, I wish you some Sun, but I certainly would not forecast it yet, as there is currently a small high-pressure region in the SW of the UK, as shown on the latest charts which may or may not help observations...

Cheers
Terry

Thanks Alexandra and you and everybody is most welcome.
Besides at least whilst the low-down Sun here + the exceptionally bad weather prevents me imaging, at least to forecast and admire the images that other have been able to take - keeps me occupied...

Cheers
Terry
