Well it is obvious that AR's 2797/2798/2799 are the "stars of the show" (spots of the show) today and the newer AR in the N.E, (whilst still being active) is showing nothing now as far as spots are concerned.
Still early days yet though as we must remember that AR2799 suddenly showed its' spots while in the North-Central region, so anything could happen.
Also to note, that the Northern Hemisphere is still likely to offer us some more (possible) activity over the next few days, as the STEREO image shows a number of mini-AR's approaching the visible-side in the North...

I'm still waiting for some snow here in my location in S.E.England, but all day today, only got a small amount of very-cold rain. The weather radar has just shown snow literally all around my home town. I suppose that I shouldn't complain, as everybody else seems to have got some around...

what a shame you didn't get any snow. We have had snow on the ground here since the 27th December, we had just a few days when it went away in between and then it was back. It has been the snowiest January ever I think 
I feel your pain though, everyone else is enjoying making snowmen and you are missing out
