27-1-2021 NEW SPOTTY AR2(2800) IN THE NORTH-CENTRAL REGION
The North-Central region has just started to get another spotty region (AR2800) as the SDO image shows.
Not to easy to see just yet, but who knows.
The STEREO image still shows that - over the border is quiet for the next few days...
There are also some nice proms at datum, so hopefully the skies are clear for imaging...
Cheers
Terry

Thanks to Dan, Alexandra, Nigella and Eric and for now known as AR2800, then it still has time to grow and/or flare for us to see - hopefully.
This is in fact from a previous report/forecast via the STEREO satellite of a few days ago, showing an AR then, so we should not be surprised that spots can start to occur before out eyes.. In fact in my case, even my foggy vision after eye-treatment, it was clear enough for me to see - just...

Thanks Mark and James.
Earlier today/28th, it certainly does seem that a "nap" is in progress for the oncoming disk (except proms).
Cheers
Terry
