Full disk 13-02-2021

Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

Here I am again with my discs after a few days with clouds and strong wind.

There s a tiny pore in the Southeastern quadrant at about -36° and -27°. In H-alpha there is a visible plague at the same point.

The Sun's surface it quite rough similar to a storm in the North Sea

As usual best seen in full size in a new tab/window. Thanks for looking :bow

BTW in the past cloudy and windy days I started to play chess at chess.com

Your Ha image shows that SE filament up very well. I can also see the tiny pore in your WL image.

Very nice work, as usual.

Fantastic to see that little pore Rainer, well spotted :hamster: the Halpha looks glorious too, I like the analogy of the choppy sea :bow :hamster:

Life is dull here too with cold, wind and clouds and not being allowed out of the house. However, I haven't gone that far as to learn chess. The highlight of last weekend was cleaning the oven, this weekend, well, I can't think of anything yet ;)

An excellent disk, Rainer. Very well done in such weather. Thank you for the tip about chess.com. Lisa is giving me a chess set for my birthday next month and I look forward to playing again. I haven’t played chess in years !

I saw the details in full resolution. Fantastic!!. Like the superimposition of proms on the limbs.

Thanks, Rainer.
