CaK and H discs of the 26th

Post by krakatoa1883 »

Better seeing yesterday, not enough for hires but fine for full discs. Still experimenting the best setup with my 178MM. Cak disc with Taka Sky90 and Lunt module by using of a Daystar calcium blue filter and a EO KG3 as BF, H alpha by stacking a Lunt50 scope with a Daystar Chromosphere.

12804 produced a nice flare today but when I was ready for imaging nothing remained of it. Thanks for looking.

Thanks Mark, Franco. My Lunt 50 PT works best in mild to warm weather, in cold weather is not so good.
