2021-03-05 - AR2806 and proms (HA)

Post by JochenM »

Another quick lunchtime session. A bit of a haze in the sky and not all that great seeing to work with; but just about doable for HA stuff using lower apertures.

Some lovely proms on the SE and SW limb, two AR's and a big filament near the northern pole (my data for that one didn't work out though); so no shortage of activity.

Setup: 80ED, Quark Chromosphere, Baader 35nm H-Alpha filter, IMX174.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks guys, always appreciate the comments.

Alexandros, it's a TS-Optics one (Teleskop Service's own brand).

Cheers, Mark.

Skies were clear today; but otherwise occupied unfortunately (stuff around the house that needed doing).
