Full disc 08-04-2021

Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

Not much change comparing to yesterday.

Interesting is the little faint plasma cloud on the same position as yesterdy over the long filament at about 11 o´clock. No, it is not a dust bunny

BTW the Sun is moving his N/S axis back to the west since yesterday or the day before yesterday when it reached its maximum of -26.26° inclination.

Hi Rainer (from my now-working observatory computer at last),
You have well-captured that long-filament and does appear to be connected to the prom.
Other proms have also shown-up very well.

Thanks for sharing

Regards
Terry

Hi Dan,

Yes, looks like the plasma belongs to that filament which today is approximately 150,000 km long ~ 93,200 miles.
