Full disc, partial disc, and prom from the 9th

Post by AJamesB »

Meteoblue had seeing at about 3 arcseconds, but it seemed a bit better than that. Time was 2 in the afternoon, I tend to get slighly better seeing at around noon and on, I think due in part to the housing and rooftops I have to image over if the sun is lower in the morning. Things were decently viewable except for the super close up of the prom, where seeing was certainly limiting. Quite a bit of peripheral activity though, was nice to see compared to the previous few days where things were fairly quiet.

Lunt 100 singlestacked with asi294mm+ROI and 1x1 binning for full disc, then asi294+baader 4x and 2x2 binning for partial and same with added ROI for prom closeup.
