Post by EGRAY_OBSERVATORY »

This too-long web-link should show the actual CME event of the 22nd April'21 emanating from AR2816...

Exciting is a good definition Franco.
With a bit of luck (and some lost sleep), our "Fed" in Toronto might get to see the results of an Aurora from this CME and I've asked to keep his camera handy, so we might see those results...

Cheers
Terry

Nice! I certainly need more lengthy and well timed sessions to view/image the flares that often trigger these.

Yes James, it certainly does and if I can dig-out from the archives of around 2013, I have a massive CME image captured.

Cheers

Thanks Alexandra and Jochen.
I'm sure you are right Alexandra and I've given Stu something-else to ponder over, as I captured a rather nice meteorite heading in his and your direction last-night, with my All-Sky-Camera...

Regards
Terry
