Full disc 01-05-2021

Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

The Sun is more blank then a football ball    except for the remnants of AR 19, 20 and 21 in the Southwest limb at about -20° to -25°.

Here today's disk. In H-alpha there is very fine prominence at about 11 o'clock. The root is at about +35°on the Northeast limb. No, it is not a dust bunny  and the height is about 160.000 km

Excellent disks, Rainer. Thanks for telling about the large prom, I could not see it at first sight.

The FD images are excellent Rainer :bow

Even though the 'formal' activity ion Ha has pretty much rotated off the limb it still shows a lot of features.
