Beautiful solar eclipse time lapse

Post by H-Alpha »

Hi all,

I have been sent the following and found it beautiful enough to share with you! :-)

Do you think that 50000 frames were the total captured? And then this could be 100 captures of 500 frames? How would you have made such a video?

https://petapixel.com/2021/06/11/this-2 ... 00-photos/

Enjoy!

All the best,
Alexandros

Nice one, Alexandros. Thanks for sharing.

100 captures of 500 frames is the most likely way this was done. Image stacking each set and then running as an animated Gif after aligning to ensure the final sequence is stable.
