Sun 6 18 21 in Ha

Post by torsinadoc »

Our weather has not been conducive to solar viewing/imaging. It was cloudy and rained for weeks then turned REALLY hot (for my location). I was happy to get my Lunt out. Seeing was very good. My DS tuning was off. It looked good in the eyepiece but still have a double limb. I need to work on it.

Lunt 100 DS + Basler acA5472-17um.

Processed in ImPPG and PS

Your images show at least as much as the GONG Ha images do. Nice work!

That's an interesting (filament) Alan, stretching from AR2833 with it's length as nearly half that of the visible-disk..
