Sol from the 11th of July 2021.

Post by eroel »

Hi:
Again the day started with rain, then the clouds made some hazy holes, so I waited till the Sun looked through one and got some shots.
The nice protuberance was recorded several times with different parameters and refocusing, to get the best ones, so excuse the repetitions.
Thanks for looking and wish you all a nice and safe starting week.
Best regards,
Eric.

Thanks for posting Eric, we have been under clouds for 4 days now and don't see much of an end in sight! That last pic is my favorite and what a group of proms!

Hi, Eric

I’ve never seen such a busy, quirky area as the one you caught so well in the lower right of the solar disc with so many floating proms.. I’m under clouds here and so I’m glad to see your fine work.
