Val,

Nice images! Especially the limb one. However I'd better make both images a bit less contrasty and less dark.

I am very glad to see your constant and fast progress in solar Ha imaging, as well as in CaK.

Nice work.
Please excuse my ignorance, but I’m confused by your set up. You have an Alter 8” SCT with a Lunt 80 DSII on the back of it?

Hi All!

Thank you for kind comments! :)

To Valery: Thank you for your advises! I shall try to use them in future.

To David: Alter 8" Mac with LS80 DSII on the back of it as SS and with LS100 DS module as Double Stack mode. Hope it is clear.

Val

Both images are splendid ! My favorite is the limb image. As said by Valery, the other may be a bit too dark / too much contrast.

A photo of the setup would be nice :-)
