20th of July Ha SS & DS C11

Post by Valtori »

Hello Everybody!!

Here is my first exercise with C11 this year. Sometimes seeing cooperates with 8" scopes but C11 is another world. It's a real challenge.
So, sorry for bad processing. This is the maximum I could achieve in such conditions. In future I shall try to be more careful. :)

Here are one SS and two DS (2 Lunt DS modules) images of the same area.

Aries Erf, C11, Lunt DS, Barlow 3x, ASI174.

Thank you for looking! :)

Val

This is not your fault, Val! Just the seeing was on the rest somewhere else. :(

Wish you more sunny days with a good seeing.

Val:
Nice images in spite of bad seeing with a big scope.

These are really, really promising, Val. As has been said, it's all about the seeing. I feel your pain in this respect.

Wishing you better seeing to come. :)

These came out well, Val. I think you did the best with the conditions.
