Hello everyone,
Mosaic of 6 fragments.
Material dated July 18. The conditions are good, I removed three sessions, but two of them went to the basket, because one of the 6 fragments turned out to be blurred after addition. The third session had the same defects, but less pronounced, and I left it.
For illustration, I have placed one of the rejected FDs at the end, and marked the edges of the blurred area in red.
I would be glad to hear your feedback and criticism.
Full resolution is available if you open the picture in a new window.

It came out well Ivan. This is the frustrating thing with mosaics when seeing variability affects individual panes.

I know your pain, when I do my full discs with the Solarscope it is either a 6 pane or 13 pane mosaic. If the seeing is bad for just one part it ruins the whole
I usually sit and stare very hard during and capture and try to assess whether the frame will stack well or not. If I think it has been a very fuzzy capture I will repeat another capture before moving on. I then process them all and everywhere I have a duplicate I look to see which is the better and use that. This way it increases my chances of getting a decent disc in the end.
The first is a fantastic capture and shows so much detail at high res, you should be proud

Thanks a lot Alexandra, I do exactly the same. After I have shot all the fragments for FD, I change the settings a little and start over.
