Sunday Sun in CaK and Ha July 25th 2021

A brighter afternoon than this morning and time after lunch (between jobs) for a few minutes on the scopes to capture some FDs in Ca II K and Ha.

Ca II K
Lunt B1800 module with internal omega filter
Altair Lightwave 72mm stopped to 40mm
1.5x Barlow

I'm impressed you got some sun Stu! Cloudy all day for me, we went round my sister in laws as was her birthday, first time that side of the family have been altogether for over 18 months!

I'm pleased with the CaK images, but I think I rushed the Ha processing.

Here's a rework of both mono and colour, which I think (hope) is an improvement.

On my screen, I prefer the first version of the Ha FD images. The second version is a bit too bright.
