Todays FD images in really poor seeing.

FD image in H-Alpha using a Takahashi Sky-90II with Coronado 90mm/BF15, Coronado 2x CeMax and ASI 1600mm PRO.

For a fairly bland disk Arne, you have certainly pulled-out the detail.

Bad seeing is better than no seeing :) Some great full discs Arne :bow :hamster: looks like some of those dreaded newtons rings creeping in to the top image ;)

Terry: The Sun is rather quiet... hope the activity will increase again soon.

Alexandra: I'm not sure why this is. The setup is permanently mounted and other than I refocusing (usually not necessary) I don't make any changes to the setup. I try to place the Sun in center each time and use the same method for taking flats. Still some hint of NR appears on some images and are gone on others.
And Yes, bad seeing is better than no seeing. :-)
