Let's try that again with more feeling. :D

UTC = UK time - [minus] 1hr. So 11.55-13.31 [UTC]

I had already given up all hope of sharp focus on the AR2859 region.
I only came back to the AR at 16.15 [UTC]
Probably would not have seen anything in close-up mode in your capture time frame.
Perhaps a flare?

It happened just before I observed yesterday. The magnetic lines had reconnected by the time I got to the scope and the filament had re-formed following the magnetic flux tube. Like before it had an eyebrow shape. The very end of the video shows the filament though faint re-forming after the flare ejection.

The animation needs flipped to correct orientation but I see where everything is. Flipped vertically I think. :)

VERY nice animation Chris!!

Great catch! I've been wanting to do animations again but we've had a long string of semi-cloudy days, and the clouds move so quick that I just can't find an hour stretch without clouds, lol. Thanks for sharing!

That's an amazing capture Chris. Did you have to tune off band to catch the dark matter being erupted?.
