24-9-2021 Active Regions Escaped from work early- Sweet !!
Hi Everyone
I managed to escape from work early today and managed to get home and grab a few images as GONG is showing lots of activity
The sky was clear, albeit a few wispy clouds floated by, I did cut it short as next door decided to have an afternoon bonfire as they cleared some trees around the back of my observatory ( Roll off Roof ) and the smoke drifting in was irritating as well as could contaminate my gear with smoky smells
It was the usual hunt for focus and grabbing between the ever present heat ripples
All in all a great day and I hope you like the images, I have only made level adjustments after processing in Registax

Hi Guys
Many thanks for your comments, it was great to get away early for sure, bright Sunny days are just the best however
I am sure there is a plot to make it sunny when your working and cloudy when your off to make want to go back to work
Off to Kelling next weekend, be great to see friends again
Rich

Hi Everyone
It was great to get away early, which happens very seldom, usually out when it’s dark and back just before dusk, really long days in the summer, mind you it helps pay for toys so can’t complain. thanks for all your kind comments very much appreciated.
Is anyone else going to Kelling this year ?
